I was asked a very interesting question by my friend Kathleen……”How can a non-artist use art to develop their spirituality?”
The answer is simple…..when we tap into our creative energy we are connected to our personal source energy. Source energy and spiritual energy are one in the same. When creative energy and source energy connect the divine within us shines. There is no stronger place to be.
The act of creating is the thread that holds all of us together. It is through the act of creating our own personal art…whatever that art form may be ( writing, flower arranging, speaking, etc.,) that allows our spirit to soar and connect with our divine source. Art/creativity is our link to spirit.
This is the immense strength of art and how it connects us to our spiritual power.
