		<description>This is a great post, Gwen.  I completely agree with you about the importance of being in the flow when you work.  It not only makes the experience more pleasurable, but as you say it adds soul to the creation.  It is a natural high and how wonderful is that?

When I go into the studio and am about to begin working, I do a &#039;connect with the muse&#039; meditation which works well for me.  I never seem to notice when I begin to paint once I have started the little meditation.  They seem to flow into each other .
