Just how do you get that certain “glow” in your paintings?
Your knowledge of color and design play a big part in creating a painting that stands out from the rest. It is also important to understand how shapes provide strength to your painting. So, how do you put it all together and come out with a painting that is selected for major shows, receives awards and sells?
In this dynamic workshop we will cover:
| Design: | What is considered a strong design? How to create a design that is exciting |
| Color: | Ways to apply color in order to get the “look” you are
searching for How to get an inner glow in your paintings The importance of “Quiet Colors” |
| Shape: | Are all shapes equal? What are “support shapes”? How to connect shapes to make them interesting |
Another great aspect of this workshop is learning the “artist mindset”. One of the most crucial parts of creating great artwork is your view of YOU. Combining technical information and the “artist mindset” allows a new personal vision to emerge that will propel you in the direction of your heart.
This workshop is limited to 15 students. Each student will have their own table.
